Starting to get motivation again/ RAP Kidd Upstairs DMNDS

Okay so I know I haven't posted anything in the past 6 months (minimum), but I have been really busy with school (trying to graduate), working (summer job), and finding a job to apply my Chemistry degree. Nonetheless, I have been thinking about this for a while and I plan on taking a new approach to this blog. Since it takes a ridiculous amount of time to find the songs, write something up, upload the song, and finalize a post I think I will do any one of the following depending on the amount of time I have and whatnot. My goal initially with this was to recruit people to help me out while I was in school because it was almost a full time job doing all the post last summer, but that didn't work out.

That being said this mixtape is pretty much the reason I'm thinking about starting to post here again. It's one of (if not the) best mixtape I have heard from an up and coming underground rapper. His name is Kidd Upstairs and I did post one of his songs last summer when I found him.

Top tracks:
1) DMNDS
2) Spots
3) Planet Hollywood
4) 40 Different Worlds
5) Hitman
But honestly the whole damn tape is sick and worth a download.

Workout Tracks 2

So here is the month of December hottest tracks to workout too (via RunHundred)
"Fort Wayne, IN – Dec 2, 2011 – Given that they've both passed on now, it's been a surprise to see both The King and his son-in-law (The King Of Pop) drop club hits this month.Elvis turns up in a remixed version of “Suspicious Minds.”It's the latest in a series of re-worked Elvis tracks that began appearing after Junkie XL had a crossover hit with “A Little Less Conversation” from Ocean's Eleven. And, Michael Jackson's “Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'” also gets the remix treatment—though the changes are subtle—as part of the new MJ-themed Cirque du Soleil production Immortal.
Other highlights from the top 10 include Katy Perry's latest single, two tracks featuring Lil Jon, and a curious collaboration between Will.I.Am, J-Lo, and Mick Jagger.
Here's the full list, according to votes placed at Run Hundred--the web's most popular workout music blog."

Blue Slide Park Stream

Here is the new mac album blue slide park! and let me say that the kid doesnt disappoint!

here is the stream!

:) enjoy!

Halcyon441

So as most of you may have heard from the recent rerelease of Aural Psynapse, Deadmau5 used to go under the alias Halcyon441. From what i can tell under this alias he has a tonn more trance influence than he does in his recent heavy electro stuff.

but if you loved Aural Psynapse then you'll love this ish..

check it out after the break

and ps it took me a shit load of clicks to make this easy for you guys!

Aural Psynapse- Halycon441-Deadmau5

Here is a semi-new deadmau5 rerelease from when he went under the alias of Halcyon441. i must say that this song blew my freaking mind! Its definitively way more trancy then a lot of his new hard hitting stuff, but damn......

Workout tracks

so i was recently contacted by Run Hundred, a website that complies the top 10 workout tracks, that have been selected by popular vote, of the month.

so i decided that i would be posting his top ten tracks for the month each month. Here's what he had to say about this months installment "

San Francisco, CA – Nov 1, 2011 – This month's top 10 list has a little of what you'd expect—and a little you might not. Flo Rida, who's no stranger to this list, shows up once again. Enrique Iglesias continues his transition from balladeer to club rocker. And Kelly Clarkson, after faltering with the first single off her new album, bounced back ferociously with the second.

As for surprises, they're mostly entries from folks relatively new on the dance scene. Highlights include songs from Tim Berg (who remixed his own track under his Avicii moniker), Skrillex (whose collaboration with Kaskade is the first dubstep track ever the make the Top 10), and Wolfgang Gartner (who's made the chart with a little help from Will.I.Am)."

Here is the first installment of this new series.

Enjoy!

Drake- Take Care Stream
